  • You can attend my courses at any point in your pregnancy after first trimester.

  • Absolutely! Your support partner is whoever you want them to be, for example; your partner, family member or doula. I hear a lot of birthing partners reporting that they didn’t know what to do and felt lost. This course also provides your support person the skillset to feel helpful and be prepared.

  • Yourself is enough! If your support person cannot make it, then you can always share the course content / resources / discuss what you have learnt and even put into practice

  • I or any other educator can not promise no pain during childbirth, however, I can provide strategies to work with these intense sensations and allow it to be more comfortable.

  • Unfortunately this course is not covered through Private health with me

However, you are covered if you or your spouse is in the Australian Defence Force. Please contact me for further information.
